Well since this video is 4 years old he should be starting to work on pitching mechanics. For such a young kid he actually does some stuff well. He definitely needs to make sure he doesn't dangle his glove arm while throwing because that arm/shoulder is what pulls the rest of your body through the pitch.

Damn! For his age haha that's good! If he sticks with it, and gets his mechanics down when he's older, he will be great! I sucked ass at 7 I really got into baseball at age 12 and started playing competitive, which if he likes baseball I recommend. More games, in a more serious atmosphere. Just got back from KU baseball prospects camp, college scouts from across the us were there scouting, and liked me, but I bet if this guy works on it he'd kick my ass haha keep it up!

I just attended the ABCA conference in Texas and listened to many great baseball coaches. Develop confidence in yourself, work on strength and stretching, track your pitches (don't throw if you are fatigued) and stay loose by having fun! Good Luck
