Investopedia has a good simulator. And if you want to practice your TechAnalysis, you can use the Interactive Charts on yahoo finance.

It took us about 6 months to see the big picture and begin to develop a style. Andy Mentors a group of traders and they are expected to get to that same point after 6 months. If you don't have a good feel after 6 months and you are not at least breaking even, then you are behind the curve.
