@pivotrsr once again that's your opinion. Vesperia was the first tales game I ever played and after beating it once I loved the character's, Had a blast playing it, and the story was pretty decent. You were probably just bored because there's a lot of talking and cutscenes during the game. but people need to look past that part. That's what most other people I know complain about when they talk about the game.

tsk.. the best thing to do about trading items in this game is not to use at all especially if you're not relying in any guides. how would i know that there are characters that i cannot play for some sort of time (tsk worse is they have my essential items for trading sequence). other than that, this is a good game.

I just got this for the ps3 and I noticed on the 360 the enemies always were on the other side of the map but when I played so far the enemies when I enter battle randomly spawn in different places on the battle screen is this normal

First playthrough took me 32 hours, and Encore mode about double that. That include level grinding before each boss.

And not to spoil anything, but when you reach party level 6 you can make a Harmony Chain of 6 special attacks. this might sound awesome, but by that time, your guard, attack and special attack buttons swap places each time you ad a special attack to a harmony chain! It's only your item button that stays the same

I did'nt like E S cause the story is stupid the charater's ( being japenese designed) are annoying and retarded,the battle system was cool ,but that's the only good feature about the game.Dont get me wrong it was a fun game,but the story...was like a silent hill's story your just there not knowing wtf ur doin or where the fuck ur goin,i mean they could've atleast put more effort into the story.

Also in Radiata Stories, you had a party level, and the higher that got through the game, it would change the flow of combat, change enemy and your capabilities as you progressed through the game. Only happens a few times, but it seems it was blatantly stolen by eternal sonata.. Oh well, an interesting idea if done correctly.

I have this game, and the only thing I don't like about it is the difficulty, I have it on the ps3. It took me like 3 tries to get past the first boss, and they all hit so high on you that you can't do much to defend yourself at that early in the game. I am barely on chapter 2 and it is still fairly hard.

Your best bet is trying to master blocking, also i'd just do normal attacks until you build your chain up then finish it with a special attack.

I know the difficulty is challenging, personally I like it that way, but I feel if they had an easy mode, it would of been more accessible.

I have the 360 Version, and I was thinking if I ever got a PS3 that I would get this game. After seeing this review it seems that there isn't that big of a jump between the two other than two extra characters (10 to 12 overall) and two extra dungeons that I've seen. So It might be safe to add that those that fully beaten the XBox 360 version wouldn't find anything supremely extra in the PS3 version.

Your brother was awesome in your Cheetah Man review. I mostly wanted to give him props for that and may check his channel. I bought Enchanted Arms cheaply for the PS3 and that game wasn't getting much props (and sells very cheaply now) but I got into it quite a bit (though I have not played it in about a month). I dug it.

Anyhow the PS3 is sorely lacking RPGs and other than Oblivion which isn't a jRPG stlyed game there isn't much stuff otherwise...

The isn't an alternate ending per say, it does have new art for the ending credits. The PS3 exclusive stuff is 2 new dungeons, 2 new boss battles, 2 new playable characters, 10 new items, new character costumes and more music.
