You can ask for someone's name and adress, you don't have to fucking give it though. The only people who give their name are those who are ignorant of the law, which is most poeple because school funnily enough teaches you how to be a subserviant drone and nothing about your rights. You dont have the power to search people, I'm not even sure if you are allowed to do it if there is a S60 CJPOA in place? Well I have huge amounts of respect for the PCSO's, sometimes they can be much better at police officers at dealing with situations because they have a much better understanding of the individual area they police. We were helped out in Kingsthorpe when we had allot of arson/hate attacks towards us and our home, up until we moved we received huge amounts of support from PCSO's, especially Gavin Flower, we owe you so much for helping us!!
