Phenomenal and inspiring film! This film is NOT just about Yoga. It is about life, it is about how our breath that lives inside of us, can truly bring about a deep inner transformation. And how by doing a few simple yogic postures can bring us back to a truer more peaceful place inside ourselves. On that note, I am going to go do 3 sun salutations right now!!

This is a must see film for everyone and anyone
