Any child less than a year old shouldn't have very much because their kidneys cannot process a surplus of it. There have even been reports of babies dying from being fed too much salt. Sprinkling a little on some food here and there is fine but when a child that age eats McDonalds fries often enough, it can literally kill them. The salt was one of my major concerns here, I hope she knows what I know!
