    I know that American and British food don't have a particularly great reputation.

  • Actually I've nothing against the ones who spend their time cooking, and i usually am a pacific person. The only thing that made me fly into a temper is the fact you insulted Italian people and their institutions very badly and I think you don't have the right to offend anybody,especially when cooking and in some way sponsorising their food.

  • A pacific person huh? Not sure what that is but OK... As far as Italian cooking... Um u guys have recipes for pigeons.. I like to cook and make my own spin on recipe's but if you want to take offense because someone labeled a recipe Italian then your as forgettable as Italy was during WW2.

  • 4. you should wash the tomatoes first dude... Then smahs em on the pot.

    5. add salt just when the ingredients are all on the pot, add the salt once or it gonna be too salty(think bout health)!

    6. the tortellini have to be dried a bit and not added on the sauce so wet...

    Well... Hope that would be usefull for yer next tortellini al pomodoro...

    Sorry for my english anyhow.

    1. dun pur down all this oil, you've not to fill a pool!

    2. garlic + onion??? non sense at all and pls, some slice of onion would be enough... Just choose between the two.

    3. what about all those tons of herbs? choose one again and pur just a bit it's not a salade, ok?

    You're totally wrong with the preparation of this type of recipe.

  • nice use of a small kitchen. the sauce looked tasty!

  • how many cameras do you have?

  • I counted 8 camera angles, but I need only 2 cameras. If you have sturdy tripods, it's not a problem to move them around. I find that if you move only one at a time it has better continuity.
