How are you able to survive in the lava?

@TheArchipelagoes i realize this question is half a year old but for anyone else who is wondering the same, when you're in the lava zone, keep dropping off cliffs, eventually you'll come to an area with a chest containing a trinket that makes you immune to lava.

Actually you can. Search up "ys oath in felghana download" in Google and there should be a page with some direct download links in one of the first couple Google links. The download is in parts so yeah.  I didn't realize it was so easy to find.
