Whats so hard about dragging the dot? You put the top of the wand to the red dot and move it along the lines :/

@McKaylaBlue12 By using the tip of the wand to drag the red dot? And alot of people dont know how to do this, so its not that this DOESNT help people, but it DIDNT help you because you had already done the rest of the quest.
