It's actually about serial killer David Berkowitz, kinda how BWoL, 27 Needles, and tWoW are named after serial killers.

@johnthegrungekid2 "Dead Art in Plainfield" was named after a serial killer as well--Ed Gein, to be exact. If you've ever seen the Alfred Hitchcock film 'Psycho,' the killer in that was loosely based on Gein.
