its called the "wolf suit". Made by Nightmare Armor studios. Google that name and their prices do range from about 4,000-12,000. These are like fiberglass, or something and they are very nice.

I've always thought the original armor of Jin rok aka Stray dogs were a fantastic desing. Good cover from the neck, chest and the left arm is made of a think steel plate so it can protect the body while in a firing position.
