I lost 70 lbs after my dad died, kept it off for years, till I had a histerecomy!!lol gained a few back, but not bad though.. Stress plays a huge part.but after loosing all that, I think I went a bit anarexics.. Great Video! Glad you brought some wild life into U tube! refreshing!
