@jeditigg: Yeah, the '50s weren't all bad..........despite McCarthyism, segregation, et al...........we did have the hot rods and early rock n' roll, you know!

So that's Pomona! Wow! This footage is priceless...a true glimpse into early car culture...kinda wished I lived back then!

@canine2 pomona still has a drag strip and a huge swap meet. i go to the meet sometimes with my father.
