I love the Japanese they've mastered the art of pranking. What I love more is that the people that have been pranked are in good spirits and can actually take a joke. Not too many people are like that state side.

With Japan you will notice, the emphasis (as with the British) is always on subtlety and deftness - even when they are loud and obnoxious (rarely), both the Japanese and the British manage somehow to end up sounding classy.
