  • I just watched Steve Croft's 1992 Super Bowl interview with him, and I think I was wrong criticizing Croft. Croft didn't do such a bad job. He did ask Clinton why he wouldn't deny having an affair with Flowers, but he never asked Clinton why he refused to deny it considering Clinton and his wife were the ones who insisted on doing the interview before New Hampshire.

  • I remember the famous 1992 Super Bowl halftime interview the Clintons did with Steve Croft. Croft asked him if he had had an affair with Gennifer Flowers, an issue which was threatening his candidacy. He responded "She has denied that and so have I." I said to myself "Come on Croft, don't fall for that Clinton-type answer. Ask him 'Do you deny it now?'" But Croft was too dumb and didn't ask. Everybody knew what Clinton was. They elected the man they wanted to elect.

  • This is horrible! I am a dyed in the wool republican but I find this revolting. Subjecting someone to this sort of humiliation is pointless and clearly done for purposes of - well, I'm not sure what purpose! How is this related to his effectiveness and honesty as president? I know he encouraged her to lie under oath, bla bla....but really. What a joke.

  • I remember lmao when this vid was played for my subject "Investigative Interviewing". With my professor declaring: "He's a classic liar." and suggesting the questioner should've at least said: "What do you MEAN by sexual relations?"

  • 1:15 LMAO he was buggin out like oooh shit they got me

  • Did you see his eyes after thephone sex question. This guy never lies he only bends the truth.

  • what a tool... he wont even answer the questions

  • Clinton's blowjob, compared to Bush's wars? I'll take love over war any day.

  • am I the only person who finds the line of questioning hilarious? lmao!!

  • Am I wrong to believe that a Congress ruled by Democrats sent a bill for President Clinton to sign that said that one would have to testify truthfully even about consensual relationships in case he was being accused of sexual harrassment by someone else? It was Mr. Clinton who signed that law, wasn't it? No country should have as a President or Congressman people who will turn into law something they don't want to abide by. This is not a personal matter. It is a crucially important public issue.

  • so embarassing

  • It doesn't seem important if you do a good job...but who you sleep with...Crazy...Only in America!!!

  • What a silly man. Power seems to do this to men seeking approval. A good president brought down by insecurity.

  • Wow! This guy was our president for 8 years???

  • This is ridiculous. This has nothing to do with the American people. Yeah, it's not cool the guy cheated on his wife. But that's not our business. He was one of our best presidents and the facts show that our economy was doing pretty good when he was the president.

  • I don't care what anyone says about the man, I miss him! He was one of the best presidents we have had in a long time!

  • Only in America.Nobody's above the law,not even the commander and chief...

  • What an imbarrassment to our country.

  • Good old Bill. You can see it in his face!

  • Good old Bill.

  • omg, poor Clinton...those questions are humiliating as hell

  • hilarious.

  • Clinton had that charisma and charm that gets him off the hook every time. He can smile and say: "Yes, I did that" and people would find him still a good president afterward.

  • His reaction to the cigar question is priceless!

  • what a demagogue

  • What a fucking charade -- an American president being grilled about the sweaty details of his sex life. Seriously? I don't think the Founders intended for "high crimes and misdemeanors" to cover lying under oath while being asked about receiving oral sex. This is the moment in American history where tabloid scandals overtook serious political dialogue as the driving force in American politics.

  • This should've never made it this far.. these questions are bogus. Matter of fact is when Clinton was in office we had a surplus, America was well respected and the other fact is Clinton is still one the most respected leaders worldwide.

  • he was completely avoiding the boob question

  • The greatest pre-planned distraction of the 21st century. Most Americans either aligned themselves with the Reagan side or the Clinton side. But both sides are ignorant that George Herbert Walker "poppy" Bush was in charge of his administration, and the administrations of both Reagan and Clinton.

  • I think bill clinton is very best president the USA and I to sympathize with bill clinton

  • Of course us Americans would care so much about something like this. However, do you know what is is?

  • @7beers because they're true... He just doesn't wanna admit it. Haha.

  • When I think of the time and money the Republican party wasted on this seedy, underhanded attempt at a coup d'etat, it makes my blood boil.

  • well, at least he only needed one answer for every question: "i think that is covered by my statement."

  • Well, at least we all know the federal definition of phone sex now...

  • If Monica Lewinski said that you used a cigar as a sexual aid, would she be lying?

    (. )_(. )

  • Disturbing how a man could do all this in the office of the presidency, especially with a woman 7 years older than his teenager daughter and a wife.

  • Can you imagine what was going through him brain at this time?

  • 1:16- Watch his eyes move. A cigar? how kinky is that Bill?

  • Clinton was the only US President to ever have to deal with the Independant Counsel (Kenneth Star). Republicans and Democrats abolished the office after this. Good thing Republicans and Dems did away with it.

If we want an investigation, congress or other governemnt entities can begin a procedure.

This is too much power for one person (who is a political opponent) to have.

Star wanted to turn this into a lurid, graphic show to embarass and adultrating President.

  • Just let us be monkeys.

  • At1:15, Clinton's facial reaction to the question about "using a cigar as a sexual aid" is absolutely priceless.

  • 100% lie !

  • He is nodding, as he is denying having sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky.

  • ohhhh dude...

  • So Italy's not in Europe, huh?

  • liar

  • 1:46 I need a beer right now!

  • i am a republican but i must admit that the nation seemed to run well under clinton and this whole scandel was honestly useless

  • Canada Dry <3

  • What crime did he commit? As far as I'm concerned, his private life was none of anyones business. Besides that, why did the country even pursue charges against this man for something that wasn't a crime? This was just nothing more than a big circus.

  • That look on his face at 1:15 is priceless!

  • At 1:04 you can tell he's trying to hide a smile.

  • man this is so crazy, for the president of the united states to have to answer these question, though I bet it was secretly fun as hell for the guy asking the questions

  • besides his PERSONAL life he was a great president..

  • GOP.....and now they are all coming out as people with no family values.

  • You know he's covering it all up when he avoids listening to the phone sex definition by having a ginger ale

  • Wow, what a spectacle.

  • how can you you not like this video lol?

  • He needs a recorder.

  • what an idiot, behaving like a little child confronted by his mum to tell the truth.

Btw he wasnt as pathetic as the Bushes, but still no GOOD president, period.

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral -yea becuase why should the president of the united states of america hold himself to any moral standards right? douche bag.

  • A lot of people can get their views twisted up about this man very easily. He wasn't the best president. Bill Clinton not only lied to the country, but also his family (which is equally as bad). Many will say that his private life is HIS private life, but he was the most prominent public figure at the time because he represented our country, and this exposed his true character - untrustworthy, unfaithful, etc... Bill Clinton gets A LOT more credit than he deserves.

  • He is so lying!

  • No one died when Clinton lied. When are we going to put Bush and Cheney on trial?

  • terrible! no one should be subjected to these kinds of questions, especially on broadcast

  • come on bill you told me you had a threesome with her and hillary...!!!!!

  • We are more outraged by sex than violence. What the fuck is wrong with us?

  • What a filthy lying wretch. He was impeached, he deserved to be impeached, but as others have stated elsewhere, He was put in place to aid in the building of another world order. The americans didnt actually have to elect or vote for him, that had already been decided. No one would actually be dumb enough as to vote for such a fool, and sexual deviant.

  • Those who say that this would never cause a ripple in France or Italy might remember that , at least in former times, we thought the USA was in many ways a better, or at least very different country than those.

Ross Perot said he would never have in his cabinet a man who committed adultery because "if his wife can't trust him, how can I." Perot had no chance of defeating a popular figure like Clinton.

When did America decide that Clinton's, not Perot's, values were now theirs?

  • @mdnis Hear! Hear!

  • And as far as Europeans being immoral, well they can have him. Some Europeans drink their own bathwater and sleep with their sisters, so they don't exactly have any say in it. Seems like we beat some Europeans in a war that started this country so that we didn't have to be like Europeans.

  • The only reason he isn't in the Pen is because all of his old Arkansas scoundrel buddies would testify against him. Everyone saying it was just about sex was a diversion. It's like saying Al Capone was one of our finest citizens, and that his tax evasion charge would be overlooked in areas where they don't pay income tax. Open your eyes man.

  • Best president? You're a goof. He didn't do anything. He lied about everything he ever talked about, he inherited a growing economy, tried to implement a growth package for an economy that was growing and didn't need it, and when it failed and the economy took off he took credit for fixing it. He didn't endanger his job for being an untrustworthy husband, he endangered his job by being an untrustworthy President. There's nothing Bill wouldn't do for Bill.

  • was he forced to admit that???

  • The Murder of Vince Foster and the Diversion of the Monica Lewinski BJ were both prosecuted by team mate Kenneth Starr at the same time, Google it. Then Google; The Clinton Body Count and YOUtube The Clinton Chronicles 1 & 2.

    Our Ammo, the Truth.

  • Who cares if he cheated on his wife? He was an outstanding President.

  • 9/11 was an inside job

  • This wasn't about an independent council. It was a grand jury. I still don't understand why a grand jury testimony that by law is supposed to remain secret, was broadcast in this case!

  • awkkkkk

  • his face was priceless after the cigar question

  • @14997251 I agree. I know many people will disagree with what I have to say, but Clinton was a bad President. Even if you took the Monica Lewinsky case out of the picture, I'd still that he was a bad President.

  • 1:06 he's like "yep that was nice"

  • what year did this take place 1998 or 1997?

  • oh my god

    What a humiliation!

  • Typical religious conservative bigots!! This can happen only in brainwashed religious America, where president is under inquistion. A nation of brainwashed hypocritical religious bigots, who deny the basic human rights.

  • @carcaril Do you really think that cheating your wife and daughter is a basic human right??!!

  • @carcaril Yea we shouldn't have impeached him for this, if Hillary didn't care then neither should we.

On the other hand, bombing and killing 250,000 children I'd find that on par with all the horrible crimes that Bush did, that is according to your standards. Lets not forget Obama either, I mean 2 weeks into office he dropped bombs and killed an innocent family in Pakistan 2-3 kids dead. But oh wait, he's a democrat he can't do any wrong.

A politician is a politician, regardless of his party.

  • @carcaril itd be different if he wasnt married

  • @carcaril

Lying under oath is nto okay, regardless of your religious beliefs.

  • @carcaril - You are obviously an ignoramus - Bill Clinton is/was a sexual predator - every woman that has come forward to tell the truth has been dragged through the mud by the Clinton damage control team headed by Hillary herself!

  • old school 90's

  • why didn't clinton just plead the fifth to all these questions? i wonder what monica thought of all this.

  • I like how he had to think "hmmm, what if they recorded the phone calls??" lol

  • Did you have phone sex with miss Lewinsky Answer: come on, a phone won't fit in there

  • rofl at his face at 1:09

    O.O

  • Talk about INTERNal affairs.

  • My friends, it was John Kasich who left the country with a budget surplus, not Clinton. The president does not control the budget.

  • Bill Clinton was a man of awful character, a despicable person who absolutely deserved to be kicked out of his presidency.

He murdered people in Sudan and Afghanistan to distract public attention from the Monica scandal, without any Congressional authority. How abhorrent!

  • @Justgetout true.

  • @Justgetout and you voted for bush?

  • I have never understood how anybody could defend him. If a dollymop performed fellatio on me at work and it became public knowledge, I would be fired. Why is that he can get away with it but I cannot? The president of the U.S. should be held to higher standard than me, a mere nobody, not a lower a standard.

  • HAHAHAHAHA XD

  • Only in America would something like this threaten your job. He was one of the best president the US had in modern times, and this is what people cared about. Shameless.

If this was in Europe it would not have been a issue at all, other than a few headlines. And even if, he could just simply have said "Yes, I did her, and so would you!" And probably increase his ratings^^

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral Your statement is not a true statement. Some countries of Europe do care about the ethics of their public servants.

  • @desdamona2002 Good to know. I will make a notation of your account in my file.

  • @desdamona2002

this is not about ethics. its about sex.

  • @desdamona2002 Italia?

  • @desdamona2002 These so called "ethics" are his personal business

  • @desdamona2002 John Major for example

  • @desdamona2002 not really anymore. but let us wait first what happens to Berlusconi ;-)

  • @desdamona2002, I'll go u 1 further, they don't like leaders that purjure themselves! The justice in all of this was a slap on the P.P from a Clinton appointee, not that way, and a $90K fine! Gimme a break! Anyone else, except millionaires and the like, would have gone to jail! That is where Willie belonged! Most don't get to 'lie' to a federal judge and keep their job! Try again, TheSaltyAdmiral! As for the 'best President of modern times', you may wanna hit those books again! Bush coat-tail???

  • @desdamona2002 ethics are overrated, just personal opinion.

  • @desdamona2002

In fact, MOST of them do, especially the northern ones.

  • @desdamona2002 LOL "some"

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral Sarcozi comes to mind

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral The Clinton administration sought from the highest levels of government to obstruct justice. These were central to the sexual harassment case that was going on with Paula Jones and Clinton never disputed any of these findings even though he was given the opportunity to attend a hearing in court to dispute them and refute them and he refused to take advantage of that.

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral To you yes..he is one of the best..

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral SaltyAdmiral Yes, it's true. Most countries in Europe would not have cared about this . However, the world does not consist of just Europe and the U.S. .. There are many countries in the world that would have found this alarming, or do these countries not count in your eyes?

  • @herrrob14 Yes, you're right, in Iran they would have cared, and in Pakistan and the Taliban would have cared. If those are the countries you wish to compare your country to, then go right ahead.

  • @herrrob14

Echo - Even in Japan, this land full of pitiful prime ministers, there was one PM in living memory whose affair with a geisha cost him his top job. His name: Sosuke Uno.

  • @herrrob14

Echo - even in Japan, there was one prime minister in the 80's whose affair with a geisha cost him his job.

  • @herrrob14

Yeah, maybe the middle east, lmfao.

  • @herrrob14

I think it's safe to say that nohing else but North America and Europe, matters.

  • @herrrob14

    nice rebuttal =)

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral This man reaped the rewards of ronald regans and george bush trickle down economics just like obama reaped the rewards of the liberal pres george w bush. And yes little bush was a liberal pretending to be republican.

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral It was not the affair that threatened his job. It was perjury in the Paula Jones sexual harassment case.

  • First off that's your opion that he is the best Pres, getting a blow job in the oval office while your married says a lot to his character, he was full of himself, and his asshole wife stayed married to him go figure..

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral His crime wasn't having an affair with another woman it was the fact he lied about it.

You cant say it wouldn't have been an isue in Europe, what is acceptable in Italy of France may not be in Germany or the UK.

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral It wasn't an issue when it was going on. Clinton's approval ratings shot up into the 70th percentile when this was going on.

Newt Gingrich was the one who pushed this and tried to make it an issue, even though he did something much worse to his own wife.

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral he lied to the american peoples faces no president should ever get away with that, he is scumbag liar

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral mate, he cheated his wife and daughter! and he's the President of the US...a role model with responsibility in many ways.

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral just see what silvio berlusconi is up to . he should be ashamed of himself . but has he got any of his conscience left ??

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral Don't be ridiculous. The US government is in fact far more corrupt.

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral If you actually read into the history you would know that the issue was his committing perjury, or lying under oath. In America such a crime comes with a minimum 5 year sentence for non elitists. Had the Democrats not ignored the justice system in the Senate, BC would have been removed from office for the crime.

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral "Only in America would something like this threaten your job. He was one of the best president the US had in modern times, and this is what people cared about. Shameless."

The President doesn't control the economy. Congress does. In Norway you all may allow sleaze's in public office, but here in the U.S we don't. Republican or Democrat, It is a little thing called Ethics. Your statement is of pure ignorance, especially about American politics.

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral - One of the dumbest things I keep hearing is what you just said (8 months ago)! We did not care about sex, we cared about Perjury being committed by a sitting President! When You take the Oath of office or agree to testify in court, you must take an Oath. "I do" is the same as declaring that you will "swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, so help you god". If it was not big deal, he should have admitted to having sex with Lewinsky. BTW, thank God we are not in Europe!

  • I never understood why this was published. Grand Jury testimony is not public in the US! It's protected. Why wasn't this one?

  • wow, i really don't like bill clinton but i must say i feel kind of bad for him. he dug himself into this major hole because he made a stupid mistake and didn't want to hurt his wife and it only got worse and worse

  • @pamansprewell33- Don't feel sorry for anyone that committed the felony offense of perjury, (lying under oath in a court of law), which is why he was impeached. He was also guilty of obstructing justice. These are crimes. If you or I had committed these crimes, we'd be rotting in prison! Furthermore, this, "man", committed adultery, which is also against the law. Further still, this wasn't a matter of his personal life, as he did this on the job, in OUR White House! If anyone else were to ...

  • Painful. Bordering on Captain Queeg territory there.

  • he is slick. he will not answer yes or no

  • I didn't like Clinton and he was a bad president but seriously them Impeached he over an affiar!? Thats him, Monica and Hilary's business not the countries.

  • @skatepunkzero That wasn't why he was impeached. He was impeached for lying about it under oath. Plus he was also charged with obstruction of justice.

  • @skatepunkzero - He was impeached for committing the crimes of perjury and obstruction of justice, which are serious felony offenses. Further, if you had sexual relations with a woman while you were at work, do you think you'd get away with it by claiming it was your private business, or would you be fired?! Let's get real here.

  • In "I revert to my former question" he totally means yes, just look at his face

  • Liar!

  • Sooo congress tried impeaching one of the best presidents of the last 50 years because he had a mistriss....just like FDR? I don't see what the personal life of a president has anything to do with their policies

  • @ChaseSpeer - He wasn't impeached for being a penis on a leash, no he was impeached for committing crimes that anyone else in America would have been throw in prison for! One of the best Presidents isn't someone who has been impeached and as a result, disgraced America the world over.

  • @JohnQuincyAdams1 John, I think America very seriously needs to look at it's political structure. I would say in my life time, thee has not been am American President who is not a part of the system, and dedicated to the goals of corporate america. We'll see how Obama does, but seriously, Carter was probably the last good man in the white house. Personally, I think America has the ability to elect great men and women to office, but lacks the will and interest to do so.

  • what an embarassing nightmare.

  • this sounds like a porn movie

  • If he didn't do any of these things with Lewinsky, wouldn't he simply say "No"?

  • a little of monica in my life!!!!!!!!

  • Bill is Kinky

  • I don't care if you did it Bill, what I do care about is that Millionaires were made during your Presidency!!!! Damn it I wish I'd had been a Corporate Mogul during the Clinton Era!!!!!

  • 1:09

  • 12 years later, and I'm still pissed off about what those animals did to him. >:(

  • At 1:25, I thought he said thumb sex..

  • He was a great president.

  • Clinton's face when he mentions the cigar - 0_0

  • "Covered by my statement"? What the hell does that mean? This lying weasel refuses to give a YES or NO, and he's allowed to get away with it.

He and Hillary Clinton deserve each other. They can fight over Janet Reno.

  • "I am not HERE"

  • dude he is lying u can soooo tell

  • I love Bubba and I know he was wrong here, but just looking at him is sad. He looks so defeated.

  • he must be sweating like a pig!!!!

  • he's the man

  • Clinton lied under oath and was impeached for this and for obstruction of justice. Clinton is the second president in history to be successfully impeached by the U.S. House of Representatives. Andrew Jackson was the first.

  • @willhunting1995 Andrew Johnson*

  • What a fat, hairy liar. If you're going to do that shit, at least man up and admit to it. They don't make presidents the way they used to.

  • this is what they will do from outside closed doors. but when it comes to bush and cheney testifying before the 9/11 commission, its not recorded, its behind closed doors, no cameras.

i think bill is a criminal. but the example of how this is on tv and the important shit is behind closed doors like the healthcare bill, torture, 9/11, jfk, oklahoma, 1993 bombing.

the government is hiding information behind "national security", we are not secure if they keep secrets its a constitutional republic

  • "That is not my recollections"...what a dodge...of course he touched her breasts....he did not have INTERCOURSE. .."as defined.." He is admitting it by doing all the dodging.

Yes or no is the proper way to answer.

  • Clinton's like holy crap, how did they know about that at 1:16. Phone sex hmmmmmmmm, well I think its in my statement. "I was never really good at it" lol. damn this was funny. But I still firmly believe he was an excellent president that was sometimes overshadowed by such an incident.

  • ...

Why did they choose this background behind the President for this video recording of his testimony?

  • anyone know where I can watch the whole thing?

  • 1st Q: hesitation before reaction ,he avoids the question, don't know where to look ,never straight = shame,he did it.

2nd Q: hesitetion, repetition = lie, he did it.

3rd Q: inferior lip raised, repetition = discomfort,he did it

4th Q: brief retreat, pinched lips, clenching jaw, glare straight at the camera, slowing his talk = surprise, BIG ANGER (don't know if he did but don't think so)

5th : repetition, eyebrows raised : he did it

drink and respond too quickly to the question, repet = annoyed

  • This what should of been done to Bush on his war lies, and 9/11 they will spend 65 million for a bj and spend 3 million on the biggest murder and treason event in American history.HE should of been broguth to trial but who really runs our government this is why we must ban lobbying.

  • He didn't inhale too
