@JZA70 Heya! the footage was shot at 50fps on the 7D and then it was slowed down in post by 50%, as long as you have footage with the project half the framerate.
my timeline/project was 25fps, so putting a clip in there that is 50fps (double the project) i can slow the clip down by half, and it will still be smooth, those left over frames fill the gaps in the timeline.

liam is it the camera youre using that shoots the high frame rate/slow motion or is it the video software creating the slo mo effect?
