@crazyluke34 ask someone who knows the technique, not someone who just does this. First, you need height. So you first learn a high frontflip. When he is really high and you know sure you are high enough to do another one, you just do it. But think of the technique. Put your nose between your knees or else, you will have a bleeding nose when you don't land it or a broken nose. But do it on a soft mat or something, that's all I can say to you.
