@Yeritswicki I'm 16 and my average is 228. I've shot 300 and 800 in real life. But I got my Wii at Christmas last year and I sucked too. My 5 year old cousin beat me, but I just played for like 4 hours straight and I got to know the ins and outs of the Wii Controller. And now i've shot like 30 300's and my skill level is 2450 something. Just go in for a long hard practice and you'll come out a champ. :)

I agree. The pro ball really annoys me, so whenever I play against my mates, I use an alternative mii. Oh and although this is back in 2007, so you probably know this, but I've always used a different technique to do a more extreme curve/spin than this.

Yep, this is right. I figured this out the first week it's all about consistensy. I don't alter that much from real bowling as I'm also a righty stroker from the outside lines.

In Wii bowling, there's a few spots you can hit with practice, patience(kind of like real bowling in a way lol)

I use the same lines and the ball hooks just as much. I don't hold it sideways and do the wrist flick thing tho. Jut hold it normal and before the release twist your wrist as far as it will go. =D

sounds to me like you are throwing the ball slowly, therefore the ball hooks more.

No but that does help.... The trick is to let go earlyer so the ball goes down to the ground faster. For some reasong it makes the spin get over exadgerated. And theres something else i do but i dont know how to explain it....

I Can Do More Spin Than That. I Usually Spin From the Left Side And Twist My Wrist Quickly to the Right. It Helps If you Dont Bounce The Ball Too

that's not a "power curve" a real "hook" in ACTUAL bowling is lining up at 35 throwing towards the 10 pin hitting the one board and at 45 feet having it flip and go back to pocket. that is a real "power curve" you're lining up on about 15 throwing at 10 and hooking at like 40 feet and hitting brooklyn.

Thanks for showing this method. I have pretty much perfected the Super Curve now, and can get 260+ consistently. Perfect 300 is on the way :).

My method is kinda like cracking a whip or fly fishing. It feels more natural.
