I like her; I don't like him. Thought it was going to be the other way around before I clicked it. She has a very pretty voice, is in tune, and her vibrato works. Total surprise. His voice sounds so weak and wimpy and vulnerable, it's actually pathetic. He looks like dog crap, too. Now imagine he was a contestant on American Idol. He'd be laughed right off the stage. He definitely did not take enough after his dad.

@mahousux Who the hell is talking about a benchmark? My favorite singers are people like Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughan when it comes to actual singing. I made the AI reference because that is what his singing reminds me of - the poor schmucks who go on there, half tone-deaf, and Simon rips on them. I guarantee you that the only reason he's somewhat known is because of his name.

Music is music and everyone's taste is different. At least he is contributing music to the world. And how boring would it be if both of their voices sounded exactly the same? Some may say it's the contrast in their voices that works nicely together.

@mahousux But you're contradicting yourself. You dismiss any of the crap you hear on AI, but when it comes to this talentless hack, it's determined by "taste". Can't have it both ways. I compare this guy to the best singers around and what I hear is both pathetic and dog crap. He, literally, could be in one of the "funny" performances you see on AI at the beginning of each season. And the way he looks? He's repulsive. Looks dirty. You're just a fan of his for some reason. Probably won't last.

@RebornThroughHate Sure, his singing voice is nothing special, especially if you are going to compare it to the voices of world-class seminal jazz vocalists, which is unfair and irrelevant. It sounds like for you, the vocals are the most important element of a song, so I understand that you are not a fan, and that's fine. But there are plenty of intelligent music fans out there who can appreciate the many other elements of a song. AI doesn't tell you there's more to music than vocals and karaoke

@mahousux I will agree that the song is pretty good. I also originally said the girl sounds great. Which is why it is so disappointing hearing him because it ruins the entire thing (for me). She is the highlight. Considering what his last name is, it's pretty telling. I would replace him with a rock singer with a deep, manly, voice. It'd provide a better contrast. It actually sounds like she has bigger balls than he does here.

It's like he's discovered fashion and is being led by the nose by this model. John always looked cool without artifice and effort-- jumping from one style to another but always looking natural. They were seen at some nightclub kanoodling and she was spotted sitting in his lap at one point. I think many pointed out she was pretty intoxicated. Anyway, Bijou got really po'd, to say the least, and they briefly broke up.

Not sure I remember, but around 2002 when Britney and Justin broke up and was becoming more of a party girl, there were rumors going around that Sean and Britney were seen snuggling together at a nightclub. This was around the time Sean was dating Bijou Philips and Britney was allegedly one of the girls he cheated on Bijou with. I also read where he had this huge crush on Britney and he tried meeting her at that Michael Jackson tribute concert in '01.
