This is a variation of the Dr. Quinn theme song. I love it too and would really like to have just the recording but I haven't been able to find it either.
unfortunately there was never an official release of the Dr. Quinn soundtrack. At one time there was a release but didn't last very long..until CBS relinquishes the show back to Beth Sullivan there may never be a proper release of the music...I would consider this the love theme which never underscored Dr. Quinn throughout the series too much. I agree the greatest love moments in television history and may rival almost any romantic film..only the Darker Scene may be able to rival this ;)

I enjoyed that show.Not real ,real,but the only western outlet around and it was fun to look at him! All really.Hank with that hair.Jane was cool too! We need more westerns and shows like Northern Exposure!Thanks for posting!
