Are you sure this is the blue hole? I read that it doesn't freeze because it's source of underground water keeps it active from freezing.

@krgrubbs This is right along the trail in Clifton Gorge. I'm pretty sure there is an info board there stating that it is the Blue Hole. Maybe I'm wrong. I'll check the next time I go up there. Probably next week.

how did you access this location since it's been closed since the 90's?
What has became of the Blue Hole...?..and is it still accessible...?

@joeyambor69 As far as I know it is but you're forbidden to travel off the designated trail. :(
