  • @snowrose1213 Hey! There are a few variables that determine the calories you'll burn like your age, weight, and intensity level. BUT if you give it 100% effort, then you can burn up to 200 calories in just 10 minutes :) Let me know if you have any other questions!

  • Holla! Have you tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my cousin got great 6 pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.

  • @StaraptorKing Well you can't localize fat loss meaning you can't lose fat in just your stomach. Weight loss workouts will help you lose weight all over including your stomach and let your abs show through. You should do both cardio and abs workouts.

  • I would like to ask,if I can do this workout every day or it would be better to have some rest to regeneration.And is it Ok if I  do this workout 2x or 3x in one day.I mean,what is the quickest and the most effective way to loose weight.

  • @Vladas092 Everyone is different so it is hard to say what is best, but for most working out 5 days per week is best. It gives you a couple days a week to recover, but still lets you work hard and often. You should push yourself at each workout whether its doing a video 3x or 1/2 a time .   • @StaraptorKing The BMI is important, but not the same number. The BMI and BF% can be a few points different.

  • @AlanaPower111 Definitely. These movements will not make a female big or bulky. I would estimate if you use high intensity, then you can burn up to 200 calories doing this 10 minute routine.

  • @AlanaPower111 I see HasFit has already answered but just wanted to tell you that it has helped me lose 5 lbs so far. I've been doing this 10min workout once a day for about 2 weeks now (also changed my nutrition + LOTS of water). My stomach and arms are a lot smaller and I feel better too.

    Also, yesterday I got weak and didn't quite stick to my healthy nutrition (candy, cookies oopsy...) and thought I'd gain but ended up losing 0.5lbs. I think it's because of this workout!! Yay! :-)

  • @AlanaPower111 I'm not big on working out a lot so this is the only workout I'm sticking to right now :-P Ultimately I'd like to add some other workouts or switch it up but as of right now this is working so well, I love it. I think what helps is that Coach Kozak is so motivational, it keeps me going! I say, give it a shot and do this for a few weeks every day and you'll notice the differences and how your body begins to change. it's amazing! :-) Good Luck!!

  • @StaraptorKing I always hate giving this number because two major variables are in play, your weight and your intensity level. ANYWAY, I'd probably say 200 if you are working your butt off!

  • @StaraptorKing You need two things. A bodyfat below 10% and well developed lower ab muscles. Some of the best lower ab workouts are lying leg raises, hanging knee raises, hanging leg raises, and knees to elbows

  • @StaraptorKing It is tough to test yourself without the proper equipment. There are manual fat calipers, electronic handheld testers, and even under water submergence. As a rule of thumb, if you are a male and can't see abs then you're over 16%, if you can see the top abs then you have between 12-16 % , and if you can see the lower abs you are under 12% . There are a lot of variables

  • Hey, good stuff with this workout. I'm a daily runner and soccer player. I severely injured my knee 2 weeks ago and have been unable to get cardio exercises in (no pool, cannot run and no gym membership). This got me sweating and was just what I was looking for (in combination to my other non-cardio workouts). Many thanks!

  • @ThePontiusPilate Hey! I'm happy this worked well for you. Injuries are terrible, but it sounds like you're doing a great job of staying motivated. Two quick suggestions: 1. Try to get access to a bicycle or stationary bike as they are terrific for knee rehab. 2. Try HASfit .com for more of these workouts, all for free.
