punk isn't cut out for raw, and tag teaming now would probably ruin his career, he would end up just like matt hardy, another mid card wrestler struggling for an identity outside of tag team wrestling. Ecw is really perfect for cm punk, he contends for the title and he is involved in that brands most highlighted rivalry.
