Well, I used my scroll on my mouse to zoom in on the ground about as much as I can.

Then I rotate the screen (I think you hold the left and right mouse keys) so I am facing foward.

I hold down the rotate buttons and use the arrow keys to move.

I did that once, just to see what it would be like wandering around my city. It reminded me a lot of when I went to New York as all my buildings are basically really tall skyscrapers that fill all the available width space. It was pretty cool.

-----Nope there are absolutly NO cheats. What I did was simple.

I took my mouse and rolled the wheel in as much as I could.

Then I held the right mouse button to rotate the view so I was facing foward, not down.
