@Radhashna No, She is the Mother of Bharat who ruled the India .. with his name only our country name came as Bharata Desham.. Sakuntala is the daughter Vishwamitra. and dancer Menaka... Menaka left her in the forest when she was child then Kanva Mahasrhi got her and brought up. When she was at age .. she met King Dushyanta in the forest and got married...
