colleges in UK, Australia and Canada are the best to learn english than in the USA because in the USA dont already speak ENglis anymore. They speak a mixture of english and mexican spanish.lol

OMG Even a word 'English' you tend to pronounce the Irish way. I lived in Limerick for 4 years. I managed to pick up some 'german' accent from there - people said :) I shifted to London owing to belligerence economic climate in Republic. The problem was It was tremendous effort to comprehend and reform my elocution and tempo of handling the vocabulary the way it is spoken here in UK. I finally grasped what they are waffling about :D
