How do you get past YouTube's awful video compression? I posted up a couple Deus Ex videos, one saved with WMM which is horrible, and one with Cinepak codec from Premiere but that turned out bad too. The visual quality's only slightly better than the WMM one when it goes through YT compression but it seemed Cinepak also caused a half-sec audio delay which was worse lol.
How do you compress yours now and keep the quality?
