Yes, you can unlock outfits, but you can also download a better anniversary profile from various websites helping raiders like you very easily. If you use a better profile everything is unlocked autometically.

There's an easier way. I should have held down onto the sneak/walk key while moving to avoid Lara from clipping out of the wall.
