@TheSpeediestsnail I havn't tried eating them though if you search on youtube "Paul Stamets Gymnopilus" it will come up with him harvesting the mushrooms for either research purposes or for consumption. Just if you didn't know, Paul Stamets is a well know within mycology, and is author of various books such as Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms, Psilocybin Mushrooms of the World, Mycelium Running (that I have, in which he finished writing it on Cortes Island, BC, etc.
are these edible?
