A drag truck can not leave the track, where as a street legal truck whatever it may have on it is still drivable and "streetlegal". He may not drive it as a daily but he does drive it on the streets, fitting under "streetlegal" Just because im taking away from your video and your truck doesnt mean you have to be so narrow minded.

@DropDownLowrider I know alot about high powered street legal car and am VERY open mind. I love any kind of muscle. I only wanted to show the real difference between the 2 truck... This truck have A/C, elec leater seat, 6 speeds manual, drop etc. Alot of compromise to be the perfect street truck! Anyways the truck is in a complete rebuild (build LS3 + t56 magnum) Look my video ls6 evo take 2.

LS1/LS6 = 346ci. The engine is 5.7L, just like the 350ci LT1, but 350=\=346.

Regardless, Beautiful Truck. I remember seeing this vid years ago, before i owned my Xtreme and wishing that i could have something remotely this badass. Now i own an 01 Blazer Xtreme, Summit/Olympic White(pick one GM) with an LS... Trim.

I don't know the brand but they are custom tig welded to clear the steering shaft on driver side. You can easly get bolt-on headers now

Yea, this truck is the shit. I have a 2002 Xtreme, White Regular Cab Flare Side. I want this motor or an LS1. Rather have this one, but would need some guidance on the install. I know its not a straight drop in. Did any parts have to be modded? I know the Motor, Tranny and Rear end had to be changed. anything else major? any roadblocks ?

depend on the setup you want.. manual or auto, AC or not... Now they sell kit for LS'X swap, headers, mortor mounts, transmission cross member. wiring harness .... you will need H3 oil pan if you don't want cutting the cross member. the swap need some work and he is not cheap one
