How severe is the need down here for long term involvement with kids like these down in Guatemala? God's called me to start or help with an orphanage somewhere in the 3rd world and this has been a spot cited a lot for extreme poverty but I can't get statistics on if there's a lot of orphans or if there's a lot of help already and maybe having been there you can give me some insight.
