  • the man himself

  • Is it plausible to primarily train as a powerlifter / weightlifter and still grow every week, as well as training in a martial art such as BJJ (non-competitively).

I have been lifting for a couple of years now and it is my primary training objective, to get strong. I have absolutely no experience in any martial art, but watching videos online and reading people's experience's it sounds like something i would love to do!

    Cheers Guys!

  • "that's the problem with the fuckin' internet..."

    HA! love it

  • Nice video

  • @TheSleepingMoth Hey wanna know how I know that you are an idiot? I read your comment. There are other ways of getting attention, you could start by not being a douchebag. Two things I learned from this video. 1 - Louie Simmons knows strength and training better than anyone in the U.S. 2. TheSleepingMoth is an idiot.

  • Simmons admitted to using steroids for over 20+ years. He works like a beast, but just remember you wont be as strong as him unless you use chemical assistance.

  • @Greenacres88 you could be as strong as him without chemical assistance. It's a lot more to being strong than just steroids.

  • "that's the problem with the foeckin' internet"
