Thank you. Crawford's only consistency is his INCONSISTENCY.
Honestly, I respect that you're a Laker fan even though I went to Game 3 tonight and am not liking the Lakers right now... But at least you're a REAL Laker fan and not these bandwagon fans I saw at the game tonight.
I respect Kobe's skills but I just can't respect his attitude and the mistakes he made in his marriage. What happened to a nice guy with loads of talent in the NBA? Those days are sadly gone.
Well we lost like I was almost 100% positive we would. Without Yao, we don't have the size to matchup against Gasol, which sucks.
Honestly, most teams just plain suck so they get eliminated from the playoffs. The Rockets get eliminated because of key injuries almost EVERY year except 07 I think both McGrady and Yao were healthy in the playoffs, but we went up 2-0, and then the refs rigged the series to a game 7, and we lost. Same year Mavs went to the Finals and were robbed a championship.
Agreed. They play in a weak division, & LA would've been co-favorites @ worst if Manny wouldn't have re-signed with them. They do have solid players-(Ethier, Kemp, Loretta, Loney, Furcal, etc.), & if they were in the NL East, or AL East, I'd say they'd be dead in the water. He's gonna lose about 1/3rd of his salary-(about 8.3 mil.), & you'd think if you're a pro ballplayer, you would check with the lead office before you put any foreign substance into your body-(I still don't believe him though)
Yea. The thing is, I WANT to believe him, but the story just doesn't make sense. By now we're at the point where these ball players NEED to be asking questions.
Last year, I was talking to a coworker, and he said his son's school district sent out a memo saying for teenagers not to drink energy drinks and Gatorade because they give out false positives for steroids, and it goes on your permanent record.
I remember when I was in HS, and Gatorade was ALL the coaches wanted us to drink.
The Dodgers were like 21-8 coming into today's, & 13-0 @ home which is a record. A-Rod 1st,Manny now? 2 hall of famers-(would've been), & it's crazy because A-Rod was supposed 2 break Bonds record-(the right way), & Manny is widely regarded as one of the best hitters of this era-(& possibly all time). I don't buy that "my doc gave me a banned substance" excuse @ all,if anything, @ least MLB is trying 2 get this stuff out of their game. Can SF, Arizona, & SD take advantage of this? Time will tell
Probably not. I think LA still has a strong enough squad to stay up in the rankings, and when Manny gets back, they'll be a step up. He's only out for 50 games. That's less than a third of the season.
It does suck, man.
i bleed Dodger Blue and Laker Gold.
Yesterday was horrible.
BTW Crawford is a total dick I hope he retires.
