  • You have a vary nice accent. Is it your native accent?

  • I am sure Windows 7 will just give you the silent treatment!

  • I live in the high desert (US). It's not awfully cold here. In fact, I just planted a Pineapple Guava tree a few days ago on the edge of my deck (I believe the trees are called Feijoas in New Zealand).

Anyway, great show as always. I'm terribly (awfully) addicted to it. It's nice to learn a bit more about my own language. Tanks. I tink you're awfully awesome.

  • Feijoas! I love feijoas ... they are at the top of my list of things I miss about New Zealand. Fresh feijoas, feijoa juice, feijoa wine, feijoa vodka, feijoas and ice cream ... mmm. I didn't know they were also called Pineapple Guava, interesting.

  • Funny how we Americans just can't leave the English language alone. The tree I planted actually had one nearly ripe feijoa when I bought it. Yesterday it fell from the tree, so I ate it. It reminded me of a pear with "zing." I'm planning to plant four more trees in the same area so I'll have to hit you up for some recipes. Deal?

  • Sure. I'll give you the best recipe now: cut in half, eat with spoon :)

  • Hahaha ... I'll add them to my other spooners: kiwis and avocados.
