i live in illinois. illinois is a small scale of what we see in this video. all of the state social services are being paid for. early childhood education has been shut down because the bills arent being paid. several local pharmacies are shutting down because the state isnt paying the medicaid. we're in deep shit!

So because we're already operating w/ a huge deficit, the trillions that the idiots in government just slapped on our maxed out credit card to give bailout presents the irresponsible fat cats on Wall St. & the big bellied bankers is non-existent?
Isn't that like bouncing a check the size of Texas, California & Alaska combined?
I wonder if they used those three states, all the people that live there (including their heirs), their personal assets & their future earning power as collateral?
