I was born in 1995 and I love thrash, but it took me some time to ease myself into stuff like Venom, Slayer, and Exodus. And also I love to listen to the stories about how these bands were in the early 80's. But seriously, bands like Bullet For My Valentine, Slipknot, System of a Down, and A Day To Remember are fucking terrible and shouldn't be considered metal.

@Batman8657 another lesson in violence is a great live album with baloff on vox. they kicked paul out after bonded because of substance abuse and the fact that they could not continue touring with him. then, after they returned from hiatus they brought paul back to record another lesson in violence. he stayed with the band until his tragic death in 2002. he never officially got fired from the band a second time. as a matter of fact, if he had lived he would probably still be the vocalist today.
