Why are you guys acting ignorant? As if it matters what it is, just enjoy the music. We are all the same people, This song plays at eritrean weddings, ethiopian weddings, tigray weddings, so we're all the same. be blessed. And this user never said he was eritrean, he said TIGRIGNA.
Beatiful lyrics. Eritrean and Tigrian enjoy life the same way. Eat the same food, sing and dance to the same tune, we believe in the same god in our on way. The only differnce is politics. Hell to politics. Our roots are see deep.
@1990278 culturally it might have some similarities,im sure they sang aha aha belehan shebo,i don't know exactly what does it mean but it sang when the groom goes to the bride's house accompanied by dancing horses, bekli and ppl dancing with sword, its used by bilen and tiger (keren)too, khaA metse is eritrean (sang in Eritrea too),and it could be sang in both countries since they share similar language regardless the accents.btw explanation would be better than fouling ur mouth to proof a point.
i dont care where the singer is from as long as its my culture and my language. Thumbs up to the singer and to the person who posted this lovely music.
I use to think that Somalis are ignorant for fighiting each other even though they share religion,language,blood... but now that i think about it both Tegaru's and Eritreans are no different than the Somalis. I know it's hard to swallow the truth but saddly that is one truth that no Eritrean or Tegarus can denie is that they are all related by blood, share the same religion, language yet always fighting and calling each other names...how sad

@ becouse they dnt know bout song. music is universal langauge first of all.so da is not neccesary where he is from .anyway he is good singer. da is wt people need to expect!
where is the good words guys?,pz feed ur brain intellegence. the bad words u talking about eri and ethio is all about racial, but u need to understand and ask ur self who am I and what kinda person am I.cos u dnt know any thing as far as i understand from ur comment, it is realy sad the two country people to see they are thinking what the real word think during 19th 18th centry time.it is sad to see the people affected like HIV varuse by their leader bad idiology.think twice before speak guys!!
We must appreciate deki Tigray, they own Tigrigna music but still they share it with us Eris. This song by a guy called Ambesa Tekle from Tigray is the best wedding song in Eritrean and Tigrean communities here in canada.
@1desta because even though not all tigrinya songs are Eritrean, this one actually happened to be and the singer is too. people please Do Your Research before making comments and just enjoy the music.!!
@eristyle358 lol seems like you don't know what your talking about i know for a fact he is an Ethiopian and a proud one at that and that is why its funny how he posts it as if its an eritrean song, you people are hilarious.
@1desta well i guess until there is any proven evidence (e.i. anything actually WRITTEN) then both of our comments would be considered just "opinions" until then. lol Great song though..
