I'd be surprised if the designs were straight out stolen from another country. The other countries would know weaknesses, vulnerabilities, etc. which could be sold to those who might not necessarily support the American side of the fight. and all successful designs in war are eventually borrowed or customized, not just the U.S. does it they ALL do, otherwise we'd all probably be throwing rocks to fight. :)

No really there not making them, well just being sent the frame work, then puting on all of the aromor and windows and then testing them up and down the county line a few times, them are hauled off on some train. Its a plant about 3 or so miles from where I live. I finally found out what these vechicals are called after half a year of wondering.
@elli782 I had a part in the completion of the armor for these vehicles... Its retardedly resilient. A buddy and i tried to drill a hole in a "slug" of this thin "metal" and we chewed up 12 carbide bits before we gave up. We also put it in a "parana" which is the nick name of a metal working tool used to cut small chunks of metal via pressing 2 hardened steel beaks togather at about 90 tons PSI. In low gear it shot it out after about 10 seconds of stress and only produced a small nick.
Were training the very people that will turn on us oneday soon.
