Your video shows you at roughly the eastern most edge of the neighborhood. The actual intersection was at what is now the southwestern corner of Columbus Park.
Yeah robmark23 is right; when looking at the Commerce Bank you would have to turn left on Bowery 3 blocks until you hit the end (@ Worth St)-then turn right on Worth street and go several blocks to the five points (mulberry, baxter and worth intersection... but NOT Park Row.) Park Row is one block closer to Bowery and is now closed due to post 9/11 regulations. But it is amazing to see the change from then to now
This isnt the Five Points. Today there are only two of the original five streets remaining that formed the 'Five Points'. Check out google maps and look where Baxter Street(formally Orange Street) meet's Worth Street (Anthony Street). That is the original intersection. Paradise square was located just opposite from Orange Street (which originally continued down to Park Row.
There right, this isn't the five point depicted in "The Gangs of NY. Just follow there direction. Your actually not far...

As always I'm thankful to the many people who are far far more knowedgable than I.
I must admit I just thought 'hmm, manhattan, 5 streets meeting... that reminds me of a film'.
Thanks for educating me. Now, for a bonus 2 points whats my favourite colour?
