I have one of these I'd like to sell. It's in pretty good condition... except for the belt which is obviously WAY too stretched out. Is there a source for buying the bands that anyone knows of? I think it will work great once the band is replaced. I still have the two cars with it, too. I plan to put it on eBay.
Ebay has these for sale all the time. Many of them say the band that takes the car up the hill is stretched out and needs a replacement. Usually this means the seller couldn't get it to work, because when the band is tightened, the old spring isn't strong enough due to the pressure a tight band puts on it. Just a bit of advice for what its worth.
You can still buy these. But "Buyer Beware" if you get one off the internet. Should you ever decide to get one, you can run it by me first. I hate to see people getting screwed by sellers of these type toys.
