  • Things like this make me wonder why Americas still fighting a war. They have a reason to fight, we don't. We got our independence with help, so why can't we help them?

  • The last thing you do when you've just filmed a murder/crime, is to yell out of the window alerting those responsible that you've just filmed it and are holding a video phone.

  • equypt army fail

  • Headshot with a rubber bullet out of a shotgun is what the whole thing looked like from the interviews/pictures of the incident.

  • He was trying to get home past the state sponsored thugs, showing he was not a threat by removing his jacket. What we saw there was a totally harmless man being executed in broad daylight by torturors and murderers. The Egyptian people will crush their enemies and build a better future.

  • sometimes i fell like doing this to the people that joke me in school every day

  • @damondeeee4 go to your school counselor if you are being bullied instead of writing a comment on youtube. im serious

  • @montagesANDdisputes i am. they dont care. But theres kids getting bullied worse than me. its alright. thats highschool. im a straight A student. i'll achieve my goals in life ; p

  • @damondeeee4 i am a grade a student also, but you have to stand up for yourself. no one bullies me. you can fight the people bullying you if you don't get expelled because it's really worth it.

  • @montagesANDdisputes but when i start to get angry i start bursting out tears idk y. and im really shy and i get embarrased easily. i just dont want to snitch on them cuz everyone would hate me.

  • @damondeeee4 fight them, easy to say even if you get beat up fight them again. they will stop and will work.

  • I don't normally back the police up, I think they're scum. However, how dumb do you have to be to antagonise someone pointing a gun at you?!? Very little sympathy for this chap.

  • This guy should be tied up to a pole and his hole family should be executed in front of him. Fucking coward.

  • Could this be propaganda? Too short a video from too far away, until I see conclusive evidence this video goes the way of Bigfoot and UFO sightings.

  • @hooplajones there's also a video (maybe filmed by the same two girls) which shows protesters carrying the man in a van and driving him to the hospital, but he was already dead. Seems too realistic imo, not some acting scene made in a neihgbourhood.

  • Transparency is the Apocalypse...any day now.

  • government oppression right before our eyes.......

  • Even more reason for the current regime to end and end NOW.

  • It is sad when anyone gets killed and the egyptians should be free but this person is trying to get shot. How do we know that he doesn't have a bomb strapped to him. Most of these peaceful protestors are with the muslim brotherhood. Keep the arselifting muslims out of Egypt. Most people in the USA don't know anything about these peaceful demonstrators, most are not peaceful.

  • looks like Tienanmen Square ending badly.. Don't let him die in vain Egypt, Do what is right!!!

  • Comment removed

  • and how many "I'm not armed, I'm not armed... KABOOM!!!" videos go unpublished? The entire point of getting a suicide bomber close enough is to pretend to be unarmed.

  • @leewardstyle That's what I've been trying to say all along, thank you! The police officer probably did what he was trained to do in that type of stand-off situation.

  • My country (The United States) should BE ASHAMED of our lack of support for these peaceful demonstrators. THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE BEHIND THE PEOPLE OF EGYPT!!! Fight Mubarak and Omar Suleiman to the death!!!!

  • Looking back at it....I don't think it was a good idea to walk up to them

  • pathetic cowards

  • There appear to be quite a few police scumbags on here trying to defend this execution.

  • Nice to see the Egyptian Police Force spending so much time defending their deplorable actions here on YouTube. At least if they keep posting here they aren't killing anyone else.

  • He was trying to get home past the state sponsored thugs, showing he was not a threat by removing his jacket and they murdered him. Egyptians, I would not think badly of you if you exterminate the entire police force.

  • @DuffmanIRL

How the heck do you know that he was just trying to get home ? Maybe he was one of the "peaceful" protesters that were tossing Molotov cocktails and bricks at the idiots with the guns. From the video's and news that has been available it looks like the protesters are almost as bad as the nuts dressed as cops/security.

  • @bshaun2 The pro-democracy people have been incredibly peaceful all throughout this. The violent ones are the vile drug addicted police and the pro-dictatorship scum who drop bricks from buildings.

What we saw there (if you'd just turn off your pro-police vision for a second) was a totally harmless man being executed in broad daylight by torturors and murderers.

  • I love how people can go overboard with opinions without knowing the whole story. There is alot that we don't know about this situation and the event that lead to the guy getting shot. He could have said he had a bomb and was going to blow them up but you couldn't hear shit because of all the background noise and women talking. Or he could have been just provoking them and got shot. Hell thats Darwins theory at its best, if your stupid enought to provoke someone with a gun think twice.

  • what the hell was this guy thinking?

  • You cs boys repulse me,the world is lost with abundance of people like you around. If he asked for it then maybe you think that the tens of thousands of people on the square had to be shot too.It is sad that the western world doesnt know what exactly is living under totalitarian regime.

  • And how many times has this happened in history? This is old news.

  • @Dealgenerator - Terrible moment, but hugely bad things happen in crisis like these. The woman who shot the video was lucky she was not noticed and targeted as well. Tough times over there.

  • You people have NO IDEA what its like to be on the street in the midst of an anarchist rebellion. You can say that you wouldn't shoot the man but what if he were coming at you AFTER all hell just broke loose AND you held the authority to order that man to cease? The man sealed is own fate the minute he decided to defy their orders and continue his procession forward. I do feel bad for him but those officers shouldnt be condemned.

  • @DealGenerator Since when did taunting become a death sentence? He was no threat to anyone. Maybe their psyche, but not in anyway a physical threat. As an upholder of the law, you show restraint in this situation. I just hope you don't carry a gun and walk the streets as an enforcer of the law...

  • I agree with you completely. This was not PEACEFUL protest. People were throwing things at police. The mob was pushed back. You could hear them cheering him forward. He was a threat just being there. Stopping his advance stopped the mob. He should have moved away. The same thing could happen at any violent protest. Had they not shot him and a mob killed 5 police we'd then be mourning for their families, not to mention the few they could have shot before being overran. Sad yes, but also just.

  • @dayannam No one mourns for the pigs. Fuck them and fuck you. All power to the Egyptian people.

  • This guy was obviously asking for it, taunting them with his jacket down like that.

  • @trenken Yeah, thats what I would do if someone taunted me, kill them. Ignorance is bliss.

  • Comment removed

  • right or wrong, why would you antagonize someone with a gun?

  • @strkeout exactly, I don't think it was right for him to be shot but seriously what did this guy think would happen

  • @strkeout: For the same reason that the guy in Tunisia set fire to himself - to show the brutality of the regime and bring about change.

  • @strkeout:

So, let me get this, anyone who has a gun should be free to do whatever s/he wants, right? Yeah, you are a coward. That guy is not.

  • @benadebayo might be a coward but I am still alive.

  • @strkeout Sometimes people have no way to protest BUT to stand up to people with guns (AKA the corrupt government).

  • @strkeout because he had the the right to do so without being murdered; they made him a martyr.

but i also see that you are one of my under intelligent American brethren too. what if the tea party was gunned down and killed by police? Same, "why did they do that?" That response? Seems that Arizona shooting hit hard, you gonna blame that on them too? Gonna blame that little girl? well, she should have known better, being at a function that extremists might not like.

  • @rufusangus1 You're a moron. First of all, it's unintelligent not under intelligent. Secondly, the little girl was going to meet her congress woman because she had aspirations of being one someday. She didn't go to a gun rally and taunt a person holding a weapon. I don't think anyone should die like the person in this video did. Personally I don't know why it matters what country anyone is from. I would think any human being would value their own lives.

  • @strkeout The question ought to be why would you shoot someone who is just standing around, even if they might antagonize in gesture or words ?

  • @strkeout

Because when people lose everything... they lose it!

Because when people have nothing left to lose.. they stand up like men & get shot down like dogs

Because some things are more important than YOUR life!

  • @strkeout some things are worth dieing for, your rights are one of them.

  • Look at all these idiots joking about games and headshots. If it were one of your family members that got shot it wouldn't be so funny now would it? You people play too much games. Get a life.

  • @grimripah BOOM HEADSHOT!

  • He was unarmed. He wasn't doing anything violent. FUCK THOSE COPS!!! They should be executed.

  • Agree with texxm2

  • Another idiot bites the dust. DARWIN AWARD!

  • @Turbo617 idoit thinking like that is what makes you and others like you a jackass

  • @pops5791 Its not idiotic at all. He walked into a dangerous situation completely ignorant that he is putting his life on the line for nothing.

If the camera hadn't been running his death would have been 100% worthless, at least now the world can laugh at his stupidity.

  • @Turbo617

    Turbo?

A fitting name for just another US brainwashed nonhuman without any compassion.

You mental retard killing tool better go and see a psychatrist.

It will take long, but it might work for the good of mankind.

Meantime you can continue palying with your diesel.

That at least does not hurt others too much.

  • Boom! Headshot

  • Moral of the story. Don't taunt the police while your buddies are throwing shit at them?

  • FUC:K THE POLICE

  • @Th3Future007 No FU,CK YOU

  • Shameful, coward act...

  • Not very diferent from the jewish people being killed during the Reich... Where are the Saviors now?! Too fuking coward US, they left the balls in the drawer because Mubarak is their fault to be the governor of Egypt.

  • @patadeurso

Not very different form the recent US killings in Iraq of unweaponed journalists and children murdered from a helicopter :-(

Take some weapons into the hands of fearfull idiots and kids, put them in uniforms and tell them bullshit about "security" and they will all become merciless killing robots.

    Out of fear!

    Refuse to be an enemy.

    Stop the fear.

  • It would be interesting to know what was being said between the protester and the security jerkoff's that shot him. Killings like this do happen all the time , it's not a new thing. Just shocking to see it happen so openly and to someone who from what little we can see of him in the video looks to be harmless.

  • Not sure everyone knows the actual chain of events here. This situation was: rock throwing clash/protest at stalemate. Young brave guy decides to come out from behind the barracades and approach the police (why exactly we don't know). Crowd sees brave guy and gets psyched up and also starts to approach the police. Police decide to change crowd enthusiasm by shooting brave guy.

  • Where was everyone when innocent Thais were being shot like dogs...

  • This is why you don't want the government taking your guns away.

  • While most likely in vain, I wish nothing like this would ever happen again. I do have a few questions. Though you can hear the crowd in the surrounding buildings cheering the young man on, why did the gunman respond with such unnecessary force? If this is indeed legit, how awful, but does anybody with film knowledge know why his head moves after we hear the shot? A bullet travels faster than sound, so with the camera behind, it should be the opposite? Rubber maybe? I pray for all involved.

  • That is dirty senseless killing.. What a brave man who shot this guy. Shame on the security forces.

  • HA HA HA HA pwnt

  • although i am for democracy in Egypt, in my observation, this is fake or staged. i guess the protesters are trying to get some sympathy (as obvious by the comments here) by staging this. anyone who has experience with guns, especially rifles, know that no one simply crumples when shot at close quarters. finally, if you see the other segments of this video, this man was taken away and no one knows where he was taken next. no remaining blood can be seen in sidewalk or pickup.

  • @gmarte12 yea youre right man. everythings staged. the superbowl was staged. your comment was staged. hell this comment was staged. everythings staged bro, thank god we have smart ppl like you around, otherwise we'd be nowhere in this world. (sarcasm)

  • @brosephhhh

well, first off, your reply without any evidence shows me that you probably never finished college. second, because you don't have any sound reasoning you instead ended up trying to insult which also shows me that i shouldn't bother with your comment since you are probably one of those who believe that we went to War in Iraq because of WMD instead of Bush's personal vendetta against S. Hussein who tried to kill Bush Sr. any more ignorant reply dear hippie crack head?

  • @gmarte12 have you ever heard of a period at the end of a sentence? it ends a complete thought. you seem very mad, i would be too if i sounded like a complete jackass. im just gonna let others flame you because you're really off base here. and second off, you're insults are horribly juvenile. so what you're saying is you know from this video that he was shot by a rifle in "close quarters" as you said. theres no close quarters anything, youre an idiot. your conspiracy theory is a joke. get a life

  • @brosephhhh

hahaha... who cares about periods! its Youtube and not an essay paper noob! of course unless its your life then better give it all you've got. and fool, you don't even understand what "close quarters" mean! hahaha go pretend to be an expert somewhere else like maybe on a Bieber video or something.

  • @gmarte12 spoken like a true idiot. man you sound like you're 12. i rest my case. go to bed bro, its past your curfew.

  • I wasn't aware that non-violent protest would get you shot by anyone other then insane radicals. Oh, wait...

  • FUCK THESE NIGGAS LC GON COME UP IN HUR AND KILL THOSE BITCHES

  • Well, gee, he showed them, huh?

  • Well, gee, he showed them, huh?

  • That guy is becoming a threat. The group behind him was approaching and this man was the point man (decoy) now you can see it from the police veiw..... should find a different way to my change than waving your jacket at the police.

  • never give up, never surrender. have faith and keep praying for these courageous people, and don't keep your eyes off egypt.

  • I am a Zionist and this is murder, this is the second time police get caught on video shooting and killing a protester unnecessarily. Unless this guy was armed or had a suicide belt there was no need to shoot him. Islamic authorities are so brutal to their own people.

  • @ZionIDF Why do you feel the need to state your religion in order to comment? Religion is irrelevant to the situation, it was a standoff between a guard and a protester...

  • The officers don't know if the man was unarmed. Sure he partly took his jacket off but he could easily have a bomb under his shirt, in his pants, his shoes, on his back. How the hell are they supposed to know? If I'm in that situation and the suspect DOES NOT comply with a direct order and I'm in fear for my life, others' lives, or fellow officers, I WILL shoot to eliminate the threat.

  • @DealGenerator Thank you for your comment Mr. Mubarack.

  • @DealGenerator Those weren't even real cops you fucking moron, they were paramilitary goons.

  • @DealGenerator Maybe if I see you in the streets someday and I am armed I will shoot you cause I think you are a threat for my life mister! And I sure don't know if you are unarmed! The sure thing is tha you are A THREAT for logic and humanity!Eliminate yourself before a "police officer" do it for you!

  • @DealGenerator I completely agree, you don't know what type of threat that man was. Of course the movie doesn't provide much context, but CNN did a report on it and showed a major skirmish on that street an hour before the video was shot. The man was also appearing to stagger or overall act irregularly. I would have made the same decision.

  • @Athstman The same answer for you too as for your friend

  • @Godiannis That is more of a personal threat, completely irrelevant to the situation in the film...

  • @Athstman Your comment is threat my "friend"...you have just admitted that you would have the same decision if I WAS in this man position! And believe me I was many times in tha possition as a protester for my rights !I believe that your comment is irrevelant too the video is about the situation in Egypt!

  • @Godiannis Your grammar and train of thought speak for themselves... this man was walking up to some building that was being guarded, there was a major skirmish an hour before at the same spot, and the man would not listen to orders to back away; the evidence is clear. It was unfortunate, but overall this man was acting suspicious while approaching a police outpost...

  • @Athstman Unfortunately I live in a world that must speak english to communicate!

You are right my grammar is awfull -in english- but you dont know a damned thing from my language! So who is the less educated???The sad thing is tha you have a video with Busgalia in your profile...the guy that says you can change the WORLD WITH LOVE!!!Your comments in this video are at least against Love...I feel sorry for you

  • @Godiannis And I feel sorry for you as well... Not once did I mention your education, I simply said your train of thought is off, as in your logic system. Second, Leo Buscaglia spoke of 'taking action' in love because life is short... not about using love to change the world.

  • @Athstman When you are talking about my "grammar" what do you want to state???You can not feel sorry for anyone...not even for a meaningless death as this one to the video! You are to young to say and immature to feel anything about me!You are so small than an icon to a cartoon mini book in front of these people! You are so WRONG about the things you read and watch EVEN for Bousgalia..That man in the video was taking action peacefully and you are against him!!No more comments about you,get a life

  • @Godiannis Wow, just wow... those are some strong claims! More like accusations I should say... Going back to the original point, Dayannam puts it very well that this man was suspicious and cheered on by a mob you can hear in the background. It is sad, but when a country is in unrest like Egypt both sides take casualties.

  • @Athstman What is sad is that scum like you exist. The Egyptian people will crush their enemies and build a better future.

  • @Athstman You dont kill someone just because is SUSPICIOUS and you are carrying a gun.DO U UNDERSTAND THIS????oh this is meaningless I am talking to an empty building!

  • @Athstman YOU HIPPIE SCUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

  • @Athstman you're condoning what happened in this video? he had his hands out in the open showing that he was harmless. its called civil disobedience. and at the end of the vid he was backing away THEN he was shot. so don't even begin to say that he was acting aggressively. your train of thought speaks for itself. hopefully no one will listen to your nonsensical ramblings.

  • @brosephhhh You have to remember, all of these guys live in an area often plagued by suicide bombings. This is the type of behavior sometimes noticed, where a bomber acts suspicious in front of a hotel, police station, and recruiting stations. He was walking randomly, to the right and then straight backwards. They may have suspected the bomb to be at his waistline on the back, what the coat was covering.

  • @Athstman Egypt is plagued by suicide bombs?

  • Comment removed

  • @ericjungleboy Google "egypt bombing Jan 1, 2011" and "egypt bombing July 23, 2005"

  • @Athstman so where was the bomb then buddy? maybe he was a robot that can shoot lasers out of his eyes. see i can be ridiculous too. he was not close enough for a suicide bombing, and that is not the MO of a suicide bomber. he walked right in the middle of the street up to the police. you'd think he'd try to be a lil more deceptive if he actually wanted to kill some people. you have a lot of maybes in your view, i've got facts. and the only suicide bombings have been at churchs, not streets.

  • Comment removed

  • @DealGenerator Can you make out the conversation between the victim and his murderers? Do you speak Arabic? How do you know he wasn't in compliance?

  • For one, none of you know (and nobody heard) what he may have been saying to the guys with guns. For example, if he was insulting them I'm not at all surprised he got shot, everybody's on edge in the first place. The reality is hat nobody will ever know what happened, though many will claim to.

Furthermore, anything that keeps the status quo in Egypt is a good thing for the US. I don't give two shits about what the "common" Egyptians feel about it.

  • @putittogether

Eqypt is not a terrorist state. they've been one of our allies for years now. you're too dumb to realize that. Extremist wont take this country over either, these people want more freedom, not less. Sad to see this guy and several others have lost their lives over this though.

  • And I dont even see how people can makes jokes about this dude getting shot by police for nothing. if it was your brother or father, it wouldnt be so funny, right? but i guess since it's not, who gives a shit. only way you people think, i supppose.

  • @tommylabelt That's about how most Neocons think. I should know, I was once one of them before I finally grew up.

  • wow StlCardnalz, ur a moron. Check the news.

  • The kind of people that use events like this to troll, flame and stroke their egos are part of the reason events like this happen: idiots with too much power.

  • the fuck? he fell over, this proves nothing

  • He was shot at at least 3 times, hitting twice. At 0:14 while he is walking up they missed, you can see the shooter in a low crouch. The cowardly police officer then takes 3-4 steps forward to make sure he doesn't miss the UNARMED protester and fires at 0:45 hitting his target, who then staggers to the right. Not satisfied with wounding the innocent, he then most cowardly ends the poor man's life at 0:54 with what looks like a head shot. You can hear the gun shots at the times mentioned.

  • @MrGnarleysteve From that angle, you cannot determine if a headshot was taken. Besides, ALL officers around the world (and militaries) are taught to aim for center mass, not the head.

These officers are in the middle of an uprising. If you noticed, the streets were clear except for the officers. Why was this man there when no one else was and what was he doing before this incident?

  • He's faking it.

  • @MarkG45 your comment is FAKE and GAY!

  • To people who think that Egypt will be converted to be extream Islamic country. You simply know nothing about Egypt.

    Ahmed - Egypt - Cairo

  • @ahmedkimo82 before people take you seriously you first need to learn how to spell extreme

  • @sopark4000 Do you really believe that this makes any difference ?

  • @ahmedkimo82 - BIG difference. For one... he doesn't have to deal with the BS anymore. Secondly, it shows clearly what institutions out of control are capable of. I am sure this isn't the first or last time something like this has happened... which might I add sets up the parameters for them NOT wanted this televised. I said it one, I'll say it again... PREPARE YOURSELVES AMERICA. Know what the difference is, the Patriot Act would make the protesters TERRORIST, giving justification for such acts

  • @Melanatedone you misunderstood me , there was a funny man complaining that i have spelled "extreme" incorrectly. So he ignored all of my comment and focused on this mistake. that's why i replied "does it make any difference ?" !!! any way thank you for your comment

  • @ahmedkimo82 - Thank you for clearing that up. MUCH appreciated.

  • BOOM! HEADSHOT

  • Obama FOREVER

    LONG LIVE FASCISM

  • Obama Loves This.

    Long Live Obama

    Long Live The Terrorist States

    USA FOREVER

  • @putittogether you think America likes this? You call America a terrorist state? Man, some people are totally helpless. OUR journalists are the ones reporting on the evil fascist governments over in that part of the world. And somehow we're the bad guys? Amazing. Ungrateful people eventually stop getting the perks of others' generosity. At some point, Americans will stop giving billions of dollars of aid to miserably bitter, ungrateful imbeciles.

  • Im not joking. I was there!!! I was in one of the many protests. I may have not known this college kid but I know for a fact that he was shot by a rubber bullet shooting shotgun. My cousin was shot by one to. I, unlik the 28 thosand people sitting on their computer charis, have been to one of these situatons.

  • @rurual dumbass he didn't move a bit after falling, he's dead. Doesnt need you on the street to figure it out!

  • WTF..............!!!!!!

he killed the civilians who do not carry weapon????????

send down your weapons we fight with his bare hands, one on one like a fighter...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you are at war with its own citizens,go to hell muthafackah......!!!!!!

  • You know we all shit through an arsehole. Why can't we just all get on? Life on Earth is just too short. Let's just accept that we are in reality the hunks of living meat, we all live, we all die and we all need worth.

Sad men can't just live in peace.

  • YOU GUYS ARE ALL IDIOTS!!!! I AM IN EGYPT!!!!! HE WASNT KILLED!!!!! HE WAS SHOT BY RUBBER BULLLETS!!!! THEY WERENT ANY BLOOD COMING FROM THE BODY!!!!!!!

    forgve my bad englsh.

  • @rurual Were you there? It's impossible to tell from the video whether he's bleeding or not.

Sure looks like he was killed.

  • this C F he's a pro sweet haed shoot loool

  • Anyone want to make a guess as to how long after the new gov't takes over before they declare the Peace Treaty with Isreal void?
