  • I'm thinking of sending my Thrustmaster HOTAS X back and getting this, think the extra hundred is worth it?

  • Im on the edge about ordering. Im looking at the pro version, but im worried about the deadzones being to large, and having trouble programming the buttons. Does it make the game more enjoyable with the stick for jets and choppers? Thanks my friend.

  • @TheWhoDatWhoady : Apologies for the late reply, I actually switched to a Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X which cost about 49. dollars The throttle on it is kind of cheap, the cool thing is you can use the joystick on your ps3. But I think games like ace combat don't support joysticks so I dunno how well that will work out.

The Thrustmaster has a nice stiffer feel to it, the deadzones on it are decent enough to where I haven't felt the need to modify the games preset deadzones.

  • @om1kron See my new video, I replaced the x52 with the Thrustmaster T flight hotas X, I feel it has a firmer and more solid feel and actually enjoy piloting in bf3 with that instead.

  • @om1kron Thanks for the reply. I already have the x52 pro now, and I am liking it, but cant get the throttle to work correctly with BF. DICE pisses me off.

  • @TheWhoDatWhoady Bummer. It works fine for the helicopters but the jets you have to use the thumb slider to modulate your speed on the throttle which is stupid.

  • Cool video! I'm planning on buying an x52 Joystick, and I'm sure you'll help me out a lot :D
