She's not only showing she loves it (it's a dairy product, after all), but notice there's also a growl in her voice. That's their protection mechanism for their food; i.e., "Put ONE hand on that spoon or try to take it away from me, and you are DEAD MEAT." It's too cute for words, but most cats will try to claw you if you get too close to it or try to take the food away.
