dont know why having a nice home in florida ,and considering the price the "granite counter tops " were not included this is a turn down to what ever buyer ; any ways this is just my personal opinion. remember if you decide to put granite counter tops in the kitchen , buyer would expect to see it in the restrooms as well......just my opinion.!!
