I read this book almost a month ago and Beautiful Boy almost 2 months ago. They were both very moving,almost had me in tears at times. Although I've never known anyone with an addiction I feel for the people who have. and I pray that Nic is still sober today

Tweak is OK but if you want to read a real classic drug story read Kerouac's on the road or Naked Lunch or Junkie by Burroughs.

This is an incredible book. I have read his book, after reading his dad, David Sheff's book, and it helped everything fall into place. And btw, this book is about CRYSTAL METH. not Heroin. he uses some heroin, but his drug of choice is Crystal Meth. He has recently even relapsed and has been placed back in a facility. No one can make a judgement on an addict until they have been shown what it is like to walk in the shoes of an addict. Get this book as well as beautiful boy. david sheffs book.

i LOVED tweak. it was addicting, amazing. reading 'beautiful boy' right now. book from nic's dad about his drug addiction, but it has a ton about his childhood and stuff. so far, both books are incredible.

I just Finished reading this book a few minutes ago. this has to be my favorite book. i love it! Its increadable. it acctually made me think about meth in a new kind of way. i was about to do it one night with some friends, but i decided i would read the book first. now im glad i did. its increadably inspiring.

I read his dad's book. I can't wait to get this one. The love that his dad has for him is so evident. I wish people could see how bizarre their behavior is on meth. They act insane. One guy I saw was actually swinging his dog in circles in the air by his collar. I was sick to watch it. Fortunately the police got there quickly. It is an ugly drug.
