  • Thank you, i had a mindgasm ...

  • Right. I used to hear about aggravation or mitigation at legal sentence time, not at crime perpetration time.

  • I am a strong believer in Freedom of speech. However, One must remember if one chooses to use their 1st Amendment Right. They MUST be fully aware, (Like with all Rights) it comes with Both Consequence and Reward. Just as The Fifth Amendment gives one The Right to remain silent. This is why it is so very Important to know Both, and when, and how, to use them. Because, speaking freely CAN or MAY cause one to lose ones life. Just as remaining silent, Can or May cause one to lose ones life.

  • Hate speech is protected speech. Hate press is protected press. Hate violence is indictable violence. The difference between motive and intent, I believe, is that intent is more active, and motive is more strategic.

  • Nice video Lionel! Hilarious examples! But very true!

  • by legislating for groups of people, rather than protecting the rights of the individual you just allow this "hate" to be propelled more into society. It's called divide and conquer people!

  • Couldn't be said any better

  • I agree 100%

  • I hate to say it, but I thought that was great.

  • Well said!
