  • spot on, its from the Transport Operational Command Unit (TOCU), indicated by the lack of shield and the TfL logo on the side

  • Great vid! I don't think that is TSG (it has no pull down cage/shield and its got the old siren), it looks like an older van that is being used to transport regular officers. Not 100% though.
