  • such a standard play, I dont know what all the fuss is about. To those who say limp, then call a raise to see a flop..limp calling is so weak you may aswell just fold pre because you'll never have control of the pot. And whoever says its a bad lay down..how much of his 3bet range are you ahead of??? 1010 is it, AQ AK JJ QQ KK AA all have him crushed, you'll never make money limp calling or raise calling AJ!

  • you are an idiot lalalalalala you are an idiot lallalalalala

  • LMAO! You're an idiot for not seeing a flop at bare minimum - and also - @asong1588 - read your post again- 'For those who say a suited hand are more likley to win than an unsuited hand- your wrong- suited hands are 3% more likely to win'.......FAIL! FACEPALM!

  • im going to say yes he does!

  • Thats why I dont play tournaments. The stacks are too shallow.

  • @martysparty2042 ....or its probably because you arent skilled enough....thats not a real reason dude...everyone starts with the same amount of chips as you. my guess is you play too tight and get blinded down to nothing

  • gus dosent fold... he relodes

  • actually gus hansen layed AK suited down in the aussie million 2007 when he was one of the chip leaders and his opponent moved all in preflop. but of course you're better than gus...

  • gus doesnt lay down

  • you shouldnt have even raised in the first place with AJ in that position

  • what is that program he is using?!

  • maybe 10 10

  • sb just made a great squeeze play

  • i agree with alleandro... a,j suited isn't even necessarily a big hand 8-10 handed. limp there, if he makes a raise it probably wont be much maybe just call the raise and see what the flop is. play from there after that. maybe even a fold pre flop with a raise and a caller or two seeing how a,j really isn't that strong

  • I would call this "early position" and with this hand I like to limp in. There may be someone behind you who will do the raise for you, mostly in an attempt to steal. After the flop you can decide wether you like your chances and test the waters.

  • and for those who say suited cards are more likely to win... thats where your wrong. the difference of winning a hand with suited cards is only 3% more than off-suit cards.

  • Yes but the playability is a lot higher, you can semibluff when you get a flush draw.

  • @asong1588 so 3% = 0% then? Saying that people are wrong and then immediatly saying that there is a 3% higher chance of winning with suited cards is just stupid.

  • @asong1588 They just look so damn good though.

  • A/J suited, good lay down there marty. so many cards can beat A/J. for example: A/A, A/K, A/Q, or any other pair. a lot of people over play A/J, really not a strong hand. if you can see a flop for free, then all means play A/J.

  • are you trying to say that you're better than Gus Hansen? only because of that fold?

  • it's kinda like cheating when you use that program.

  • not really

  • lol...easy all in ur hand is suited. haha this is the reason people make money on the internet playing poker against these donkeys...lol

  • Everyone thinks its easy to lay down AJsuited, but let me tell MOST of the players at Full Tilt WILL play that, even out of position.

  • Easy all in. Your hand is suited.

  • agreed 100%.

  • super standard. nice laydown.

  • well played

if he was a mouse indeed, and you called, it wouldve only ended in an "all-in" situation
