Yes, thus the "playing" in the title. They wouldn't "fight" but the pit bull can easily overwhelm the smaller dog with body slamming.

He is a beautiful pit bull! BTW. both dogs are just playing. when they do that body curb they are trying to make each other comfortable saying "I'm not going to hurt you" Your dog also licks the other under the chin. That is a sign of respect. :)

Inky is a great example of the breed: stable, friendly, willing to please, able to adapt to a new pack/family. Wish someone would adopt her!
