  • You know what should've been done for this perfect win? They should've had the lights surrounding the doors flash in different colors like they do at the beginning & end of the show!

  • Woah. They sure breezed through the products for the game. The announcer didn't even mention the brand names.

  • Drew is a great host ONLY when he is SUPER HAPPY like HERE , which is sometimes the case and sometimes not...He is pretty random when it comes to happiness for a contestant win...

  • This is what you call ironic. A Canadian -- who works for our government no less -- playing on the 4th of July game and she does THAT??? Makes me proud to be a Canadian.

  • Not bad considering the prices are American.

  • The Price Is Right isn't the same without Bob Barker.

  • Was this the last episode of Drew's first season?

  • Leave it to a Canadian to show you how the game should be played! LOLZ!

  • @erikdraven1731 Of course. I am a Canadian. We know how to play these games. lol

  • Is there an earthquake?

  • That's some expensive olive oil.

  • Hey pressmin, at what point did they add the staircase to the other end of Contestant's Row?

  • @SchwarzeWitwe2 Actually, to my knowledge, it's always been there. Bob just made people come up on the right side so the one on the left side may not have been easily seen.

  • 186-755-7392

  • @akr1214 just add this video to your favorites

  • bob was a way better host

  • i was in the audience for this and mt sister actually was in contestants row all gam...shes the girl in the pink shirt ( which i designed)....actually we were very close in line with pauline and her husband..they were very friendly, nice people

  • do u have a copy of this i can buy from u...my sister is the girl in the contestants row with the pink shirt. we went to cali for a vacation and i cant find the video anywhere...she would b sooo happy to get this moment on video/dvd!! thanks

  • what the heck is a kosher pickle

  • A perfect performance in any pricing game should give you a siren sound.

  • @denelson83 - Should have won a bonus. You get $500 for a perfect IUFB, how about the same for a perfect Check-Out?

  • @rickhh1 IUFB?

  • @pto500

    Item Up for Bid.

  • @TVLubber Duh Thanks

  • GO CANADA GO right on the nose.

  • he says right on the nose way to much

  • Man! Canadians sure do know how much stuff cost!

  • @GREENPOLLO I'm from Canada and I don't think I could have done NEARLY this well, it's hard enough to do this game with your own currency! This is freaking impressive.

  • That''s a bonus if ever I saw 1!

  • hahaha, that actually made me lol

  • @szumwalt001 its vhs idiot

  • the camera man should be fired. and i think she cheated

  • That's what I call check out perfection.

  • dumb canadian! xD jk

  • That's just the quality

  • I've never seen anyone do that before.

  • Jelly Beans: Guess $1.39: Actual: 1.49 Difference: -0.10 Cents

Popcorn: Guess $2.69 Actual $2.39 Difference: +0.30 Cents

Pickles: Guess: $3.79 Actual: $2.99 Difference: +0.80 Cents

Biscuits: Guess: $3.99 Actual: $3.49 Difference: +0.50 Cents

Olive oil: Guess: $6.49 Actual $7.99 Difference: -$1.50

    Total Under: -$1.60

    Total Over: $1.60

    Net: $0.00

  • "easiest to explain game"? I guess he forgot about most expensive, double prices, one right price, etc.

  • Well, it may be to him.

  • God...I remember when the range was just 50 cents!

  • EPIC WIN!!

  • That's how you become a good shopper.

  • amazing

  • The audience won the game. Why can't the contestant play their own game without the help of the audience?

  • I betcha they played Barker's Bargain Bar later in the episode to make up for this long playing.

  • That or Double Prices

  • Did you also notice that the camera never showed the difference (0.00) like they always do? Probably not programmed to show it correctly.

  • Drew inadvertently said that the olive oil had to be less than $10 and over $8. He meant over $6 (technically $5.99 - $9.99) and she would have been right in the $2 threshold.

Still, an excellent win. Was there an exacta in 1990? I don't remember that. Anyone have that?

  • why the fuck they keep saying 1 $ :@

  • Because they think everybody overbid.

  • Drew is a great host.

  • why does all the amazing stuff happen with drew as the host

  • He gets more excited during this game than when people win a million dollars! :) Love it when he throws his hands up in celebration @ 5:54!!!!!!!

  • Sure, when you get a chance. No hurry. I have a backlog of stuff to watch here too.

  • Do you happen to have the rest of 7/4 to post?

  • I think I do. You want me to post full episode?

  • @pressmin No need, thewhammy83 did that.

  • OMG! On the nose!

  • She should have gotten a bonus for that -- say $10,000.

  • A lot of products on the show aren't even in Canada, which makes it harder.

  • @TKnHappyNess Where in Canada are you? I'm in Alberta =]

  • yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

  • Go Canada! It seems we know American prices better than Americans do based on this clip; she even hit the second item right on the nose, as well, I think ($2.39 for that one).

  • Im from Prince Edward Island (PEI) Canada, and for those who say that Canadians are dumb think again we created price is right history on July 4th as being the only 2nd co ntest EVER to hit the exact price on the nose!!

  • that is an accomplishment for two reasons...one the fact that it's been only done twice in the 27 years checkout has been on the show...secondly because the last and only time prior to this was done was in check out was back in the late 80s...

  • It was done again in 1991, so this is actually the 3rd time it's been done.

  • i AM CANADIAN yessssssssssssssssssssss LOL

  • That game could not be played better if someone TRIED!

Kudos to her for getting it on the nose.

  • Without the audience, she probably would not have won.

  • "Another historic moment on the Price is Right! Isn't that right, Roger?"

  • HOLY MOSES have they ever had someone be on the nose in this game!?!!!!

    WOW!!!!!! INCREDIBLE WIN!

  • This game you're usually lucky to win the game period. :P

  • Make that 50 cents rather than 10. Under 50 cents is equally as rare as under 10.

  • She must have some great help from the audience to get it on the nose. Flawless play nonetheless.

  • holy woot! lolz exact price

  • Didn't bother to ask Roger, did he..but what are the odds of not only nailing the combined total but also the individual prices of the products?

  • My quote when seeing this exacta..."I can't believe it!" and I, TLE, quote Barker-sama, "in the presence of miracle" that happened on Independence Day 2008 aka ID4 08, America's 232nd birthday.

  • I thought this moment would be on youtube, and I was right!

    I remember this

  • She should have an extra something for that performance. Like a car or that grocery list as a souvenir. By the way Canada's birthday is July 1st. Proud to be Canadian!

  • I saw this on TV. It was AMAZING. I think it's actually happened twice in the past, making this the 3rd time it's ever happened...

  • You are correct.

Even though Drew mentioned in the Showcase Showdown that it was the 2nd time it happened (since its debut on January 28, 1982) it was actually the third time.

  • And to think that she didn't get any of the individual prices exactly right.

But why not institute a $1,000 bonus or somthing like that if they come within $.50 of the total - add a little extra incentive along with the main prize.

  • Nifty idea, considering 50 cents was the origional amount you had to be within when the game first debuted...

  • That came from a mile away because of the Evil Pompeian Olive Oil. But you never believe it until you see it.

  • If only it had been an MDS that would've been a Million dollar win for sure!! But still great clip thanks for sharing.

  • No doubt about that...

  • Was thinking the same thing myself!

  • yessssssssssssssssssssssss CANADA. HAPPY 4th (GUYS)

  • And on the 4th of July as well.

  • That check-out perfect win hasn't happened since 1990.
